Frequently Asked Questions

  • At Dream Skin Lasers, we pride ourselves on being non-pretentious. We recommend wearing loose-fitting, comfortable clothes. You will be asked to remove all jewelry; therefore, we strongly recommend leaving all jewelry at home.

  • Absolutely. Your licensed professional will ask you prior to your treatment if you would like to use the restroom. If at any time during the treatment you need to use the restroom again, just ask.

  • During your facial, you’ll be wearing a wrap under the sheet that allows your neck, arms, and décolleté to be exposed for treatments. You are more than welcome to leave on your shorts/pants. The most important thing is you being comfortable. So however comfortable feels for you, that is what you should do.

  • Usually you will leave with glowing skin! However, most facials come with extractions, so some redness may occur right after the facial. We do use a high-frequency wand with all facial treatments to lessen redness when and if it occurs.

  • We will not perform peels, microdermabrasion or hair removal services on pregnant women or on guests who are using Retin A, Accutane, Avage, Tazorac, Differin or any other medications that increase skin exfoliation or compromise the skin. Peels, microdermabrasion or hair removal cannot be performed on people who have recently had laser treatments, plastic surgery or a sunburn.

Dream Skin Lasers Etiquette

  • Gratuities are not included in the price for our services but are gladly accepted. Usually, gratuities range from 15-20% of the service price, or larger if you experience exceptional service.

  • To better serve you, please let your licensed professional know if you have any of the following: pregnancy, muscle or joint injuries, heart condition, high/low blood pressure, diabetes, fever, contagious skin condition or any other medical issue. Also inform your licensed professional if you are using Retin-A, Accutane, or any photosensitizing or keratolytic medications, or have recently had laser or plastic surgery. Any of the above scenarios may affect our ability to treat you.

  • At Dream Skin Lasers we specialize in customized treatments that are based on each individual client needs. All aspects of our services can be customized, so please let your licensed professional know if you feel any discomfort or would like special attention on a particular area. Also, feel free to ask questions. The best experience always comes from honest, open communication with your licensed professional.

  • Thank you to our clients, we owe our growth and success to you! And welcome to new potential clients, we are excited about creating a long-lasting relationship with you. Your appointments are very important to the members of Dream Skin Lasers. Your appointment is reserved especially for you.

  • We understand that scheduling adjustments are sometimes necessary; however, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests. We reserve the right to charge up to the full-service amount for all missed appointments or late cancellations. Any appointment canceled or rescheduled without 24 hours notice will automatically result in a charge equal to or up to 50% of the reserved service amount at the time the service is due to be complete. Our policy reserves the right to require a major credit card, debit card, or gift card for scheduling all appointments.

  • Non-cancellations or “NO-SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the original service booked at the time the service is due to be complete.

  • As a courtesy, we make every effort to notify you of your appointment date and time. We will call to confirm your service one to two days prior to your appointment and you will receive an email confirmation if we have your email on file. We confirm 24 to 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. However, it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times and inform us if your contact information has changed.

  • Dream Skin Lasers reserves the right to deny services or stop services during treatment at the discretion of management.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice. In certain instances, our fee schedule may change before the pricing on our website or menu of services. Please confirm the price for your treatment with our reservationists when booking your appointment.
